This award celebrates significant discoveries, innovative exploration techniques and the strategic vision that has led to unlocking new resources and expanding the country's potential.
Local Company of the Year
The Local Company of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding achievements of an Angolan-owned company that has demonstrated excellence, resilience and growth within the oil and gas industry. This award celebrates a company that has not only excelled in its business operations but has also contributed to the development of local content, created employment opportunities and fostered sustainable practices.
CSR Initiative of the Year
The CSR Initiative of the Year Award recognizes a company, project or organization that has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to social responsibility within Angola’s oil and gas sector. This award celebrates initiatives that have delivered meaningful and measurable benefits to local communities through investments in education, healthcare, infrastructure, environmental stewardship, skills development or economic empowerment, while contributing to the sustainable growth of the country.
National Service Company of the Year
The National Service Company of the Year Award honors an Angolan service provider that has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation and value creation across the oil and gas value chain. This award recognizes a company that has consistently delivered high-quality services, strengthened local content participation, created employment opportunities and played a vital role in supporting the growth and competitiveness of Angola’s oil and gas industry.
Downstream Player of the Year
The Downstream Player of the Year Award recognizes a company that has made a significant contribution to the development of Angola’s downstream sector. This award celebrates excellence in refining, storage, distribution, retail, petrochemicals or related infrastructure, honoring a company whose investments, operational achievements and strategic vision have enhanced energy security, strengthened domestic supply and advanced the country’s industrial and economic development.
Lifetime Achievement Award
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors an individual or company that has made extraordinary contributions to Angola’s oil and gas industry over an extended period. This prestigious award celebrates a career marked by visionary leadership, innovation and a profound commitment to the growth and development of the sector. (Non-voting category)
