Ulanga Gaspar Martins is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Poliedro Energy, the upstream oil subsidiary of the Poliedro Group—a multisectoral Angolan holding company with strategic operations in mining, logistics, and energy. Under his leadership, Poliedro Energy holds an equity stake in Block 0205 as a non-operating partner and pursues the ambition of assuming operations for additional blocks, thereby consolidating its active role in Angola's energy sovereignty and sustainable development.
