Taiwo is  a Vice President at the Africa Finance Corporation. She leads origination, structuring and execution of transactions in the natural resources sector in the oil, gas, mining and associated infrastructure which includes client coverage, transaction origination, negotiation and execution of transactions. She has over seventeen years of international infrastructure and energy finance experience with investments of US$2.0 billion invested across multiple geographies in Europe and Africa across multiple infrastructure sectors including transport, energy, power and heavy industries with leading international institutions. Prior to AFC, her professional experience includes Investment Banking, Project Financing, Investment Management, Risk Management and Portfolio Management.

Taiwo holds the Global Executive MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid and obtained  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter, and a Certificate in Investment Management from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, UK and a member of the Institute of Directors, UK and CFA Institute.
