Oladayo Williams is a seasoned commercial lawyer and business development professional with over 12 years of experience in the energy sector. He holds a Law degree from Lead City University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Oil and Gas Energy Management at the University of East London. Throughout his career, Oladayo has provided advisory services on various onshore and offshore oil and gas transactions, as well as EPC, Gas Supply & Transportation, CNG, LNG, and power-related deals.

He has a strong background in corporate structuring, procurement, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Starting his career at Hectagon Power Limited in 2010 as a Legal and Business Development Officer, he later served as Deputy Head of Legal and Head of Regulatory Compliance at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation until 2022. At Tetracore Group, he led regulatory, compliance, and government relations.

Currently, Oladayo is the Program Executive at Tetracore Energy Group, where he oversees key energy projects, including Gas-to-Power solutions, and oversees LNG, CNG, and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) delivery. He drives growth, fosters partnerships, and ensures regulatory compliance across the company’s operations.
