Odyle started her banking path, in the Investment banking division of Banco Privado Atlântico as financial analyst in 2009. From 2011 to 2014 she was appointed as manager of the International Market division within the Foreign Reserves Department of the Central Bank. She then moved to the Asset Management division also within the Foreign Reserves Department of the Central Bank. Appointed as Board Member in Banco Privado Atlântico 2015, she moved into several roles from Corporate business to Marketing. She was appointed as BCS Board member in March 2021.
