Matuzalém Sukete, AES General Manager, has been with AES for over 17 years, where he has held various positions, including Electrician, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Deputy General Manager.

With a background in Power Engineering, Matuzalém has also worked with companies such as ENE (Empresa Nacional de Electricidade), the Angolan National Power Company, and GlobalSantaFe on an offshore drilling rig.

In addition to his extensive experience, Matuzalém has received training from various institutions in fields such as Business Administration and Finance, Project Management, Financial Management, and Power Engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Purchase and Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University.
