Inokcelina Ben’África Correia dos Santos de Carvalho began her career at BAI in 1999 as Technical Credit Coordinator. Between 2006 and 2009, she served as Credit Director, after which she was promoted to Coordinating Director. She also held prominent roles within the Compliance Directorate and the Commercial Division. As part of her international experience, she served as Alternate Secretary of the Board of the General Assembly of Banco BISTP, S.A., as well as a Member of the Advisory Committee of the FIPA I and FIPA II Funds.Since 2010, she has served as Executive Board Member of Banco BAI, while currently also serving as Non-Executive Board Member of BAI Europa and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the BAI Foundation. She is responsible for the following portfolios and departments: Corporate Commercial Directorate; Payment Systems Office; Business Portfolio – Agribusiness; Business Portfolio – Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas; Business Portfolio – Trade; Business Portfolio – Products and Services; Institutional Clients Portfolio; and the Commercial Agreements Management Programme.
