Luana Gusmão is a Production Engineer, a Quality Management specialist, and CEO of AngoQuality Consultoria, Lda., a company dedicated to strengthening quality, management systems, and organizational competitiveness in Angola.
With more than 20 years of experience in Quality Management, she has a strong track record in the implementation and auditing of management systems, with expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 37001. She is also a Lead Auditor and Master Coach.
Throughout her career, Luana has supported organizations across different sectors in transforming their approach to quality, moving from a compliance-focused perspective towards a strategic approach centered on performance, efficiency, trust, and business competitiveness.
As CEO of AngoQuality, Luana advocates for the development of world-class Angolan companies capable of competing, supplying, and growing according to international standards, contributing to greater local value creation and to a more competitive and sustainable Angolan economy.
