and harnessing data for decision-making, delivering gains in efficiency, compliance and sustainability. Throughout his career, he has also built relevant experience in central
banking, public administration and financial services. He has a strong international track record, having held roles in Finland, the United. Kingdom, France, Cape Verde, Angola, Spain and other markets, giving him a global, multidisciplinary perspective—particularly valuable in the context of the energy transition and digital transformation. He holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Portugal in Lisbon. In his spare time, he values intellectual and cultural development, dedicating himself to
reading, playing tennis and the visual arts, with a special interest in painting, in which he creates his own works.
