João Bravo da Costa
He has advised several multinationals on restructuring and M&A operations, on international trade transactions, and on foreign exchange issues, involving various sectors such as Finance, Mining and Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Distribution. On his track record, he has several international and multi-jurisdictional investment contracts. João Bravo da Costa is co-head of the Angolan Desk. Admitted lawyer in the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. His academic record includes an LL.M. from the Fordham University School of Law in Banking Corporate and Finance Law and a postgraduate degree in Management and Corporate Law from the Faculty of Economics of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He is Vice-President of the Oil, Gas and Energy Group of FALP (Federation of Portuguese-Speaking Lawyers).
