Henda Ducados, Consultant, is a founding member of Rede Mulher (Gender Network) and the Angolan Institute of Research. With extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, she has held high-level management positions at TotalEnergies. She is also the author of several articles on the informal sector in Angola.
