Graham Sinclair is Senior Manager, Business Development Lifecycle Services UK at Aker Solutions, with over 20 years of international experience supporting the energy industry across the UK, Europe, and Africa. He is responsible for developing growth opportunities in brownfield engineering, operations and maintenance, integrity management, decommissioning, and energy transition projects.  In recent years, Graham has played a key role in advancing Aker Solutions' growth strategy in Angola, working closely with operators and partners to identify opportunities across the full asset lifecycle. With extensive experience in mature basin development and late-life asset management, he brings a practical industry perspective on how Angola can unlock value through safe, efficient, and sustainable decommissioning practices.At the Angola Oil & Gas Conference, Graham will share insights on the emerging Angolan decommissioning market, lessons learned from the North Sea, and the opportunities for developing local capability, creating jobs, and maximizing economic value throughout the asset retirement lifecycle.
