Geraldine Muanza Geraldo has over 17 years’ experience in oil and gas strategy, asset commercialisation, and energy sector reform across Africa and international markets. She previously held senior legal and commercial roles at Chevron across Angola, the United States and Kazakhstan, where she led major commercial, regulatory and geopolitical initiatives, including the development of Angola’s marginal fields and gas frameworks. She brings deep expertise in AIM‑listed governance, financial structuring and frontier market strategy.

Beyond her executive role, Geraldine is an active investor and entrepreneur, co‑founding multiple ventures across energy, infrastructure and digital platforms, and advising on strategic national initiatives, including investment frameworks for renewable energy and infrastructure development in Angola.

She holds an LL.B. from the University of Namibia, an LL.M. in Human Rights from the University of Pretoria, and a postgraduate diploma in project management from the University of Liverpool. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, with working proficiency in French.
