Elinisa is an Angolan Oil & Gas professional with experience in production operations, risk management, performance management and leadership.
A strong advocate for safety leadership, operational excellence, collective focus and people development, she became the first Angolan woman to serve as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) / Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site (RSES) within TotalEnergies EP Angola. Since September 2025, she occupies the position of Field Operations Manager for Block32. She has been at TotalEnergies for the past 13 years.
