Denise Cortês-Keyser is an advisor with nearly 25 years of experience, known for her strategic thinking, industry expertise, and commitment to sustainable development. She is a certified accountant with an honors degree in Management from ISCTEM in Mozambique and has completed post-graduate studies in Corporate Finance at ISCTE in Lisbon and Sustainable Supply Chain Management at the University of Cambridge. Denise serves as an advisor to the Global Gas Centre in Geneva, focusing on Africa. She is the CEO of Dunia Resources, operating in the mining and energy supply chain in Mozambique and Namibia, and an executive advisor to Enlite, specializing in software for power systems.

Denise has held significant positions, including Vice-President for Studies, Projects, and Marketing at the Mozambique Football Federation and Executive Director of the Association of Commerce, Industry, and Services of Mozambique. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Operation Water in the USA and a non-executive board member of New Faces New Voices in Mozambique. She has also served on the board of PowerBlox Africa, focusing on renewable energy.

Denise is a sought-after speaker, having chaired and moderated at the Transport Evolution Mozambique Summit and the Mozambique Gas Summit, and spoken at various international conferences. Her achievements include securing ACIS as the best business association in Mozambique, receiving the New Leader for Tomorrow Award at the Crans Montana Forum, and being named Maputo Top Leader in 2017. She has also been honored with the Legacy Global Influencer Award, the Mozambique Finance Leader title, and the Best Female in Mining Award at the Mozambique Mining, Oil & Gas, and Energy Conference in 2024.
