Catarina Levy Osório joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2016, where she coordinates matters related to Angola.

She is a founding partner at ALC Advogados, the Angolan member of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle network.

Catarina is a member of the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Associations and has extensive experience in the Angolan market. She advises on private investment, tax and labor issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions, covering matters related to private investment, corporate, foreign exchange, and tax legislation. Additionally, she provides general legal advice to domestic and foreign companies in the commercial, corporate, and real estate sectors.

Before founding ALC Advogados, she worked as a consultant to the tax department at another law firm and as a senior tax consultant at a major international consulting firm. In both roles, she assisted clients from various sectors with VAT and other indirect tax matters, gaining significant experience in developing tax diagnostics and implementing corporate structures considering their tax impacts.

Catarina is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and collaborates regularly with various international publications. She is recognized in the field of Angolan law by international directories such as Chambers and IFLR.
