Brian Unietis

Born in Houston, TX, Brian Unietis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Upon graduating, he joined ExxonMobil in 2008 in Houston, TX USA. Mr. Unietis advanced through engineering, operations, projects and planning roles in various affiliates in South Korea, Russia, Canada, and the United States. In 2020, Mr. Unietis moved to Georgetown, Guyana initially serving as the
Logistics Manager for the affiliate before transitioning to the Operations Manager role for the two Liza developments. He most recently served as the corporate Senior Advisor supporting ExxonMobil’s Management Committee for all activities related to Low Carbon Solutions, Technology, Trading and Upstream.
Mr. Unietis has served on multiple trade associations and non-profit boards including as the Chair of the Georgetown International School in Guyana
