Artur Custódio holds degrees in Construction Engineering and Mining Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Underground Construction from the Institute of Automation and Mining in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine. With nearly three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has developed a solid career marked by leadership and technical expertise.

Over the years, he has served as Senior Advisor to the General Manager of Chevron Angola, a Member of the Board of Directors of Angola LNG, and a Member of Chevron’s Board of Directors for Southern Africa. Within the Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Limited (CABGOC), he has held several key positions, including Director of Non-Operated Holdings, Transformation Director, Director-General of Health, Environment and Industrial Safety, and Production and Operations Superintendent.

His professional journey reflects a consistent commitment to operational excellence, organizational transformation, and sustainable development within the energy sector.
