Andreia Prata is an experienced business leader with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Born in Luanda, Angola, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. Throughout her career with ExxonMobil Angola, Andreia has held a series of leadership positions across Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain (formerly known as Logistics), giving her a comprehensive understanding of business operations and organizational performance. Her career progression includes key leadership roles such as Payables Supervisor, Acquisition Supervisor, Procurement Manager, Planning Manager, Maintenance & Materials Supervisor, and, most recently, Supply Chain Manager. These positions have strengthened her expertise in financial management, procurement strategy, maintenance planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Andreia is actively engaged in industry and community leadership. She has served on ACEPA (trade association) and nonprofit organizations, including serving as Chair of the Luanda International School in Angola, where she contributed to advancing educational excellence and community development.
