Logistics, EPC Companies Join AOG 2025
Angola Oil & Gas (AOG) returns to Luanda from September 3-4, providing a high-level platform for dealmaking, dialogue and engagement. This year’s edition features a suite of logistics and EPC companies, who are expected to drive discussions around challenges and opportunities faced across the country’s oil and gas value chain. Speakers from Enagol, Africa Global Logistics (AGL), SAP and more are participating, reflecting the event’s position as the premier meeting platform for the country’s oil and gas industry.

With over 120 projects completed since the company’s establishment 18 years ago, Enagol has been at the forefront of Angola’s oil and gas industry. The company providers a suite of services that support oil and gas operations and has recently expanded into the upstream sector through its participation in the country’s 2023 licensing round. Akhilesh Upadhyay, Technical Manager at Enagol Energias de Angola, is speaking at AOG 2025.

AGL has been expanding its African footprint in recent years through modernized logistics infrastructure and enhanced port operations. In Angola, the company has a strong presence, with a track record of delivering turnkey logistics management solutions. In 2024, the company launched operations at the Lobito Terminal in Angola. The terminal can accommodate large-capacity ships and can handle over one million tons of bulk goods and 100,000 TEU containers annually. Katelijne Verschaeren, Commercial & Marketing Manager, AGL Angola Lda, is participating at AOG 2025.

Standing at the intersection of business and technology, SAP’s innovations are designed to directly address business challenges through the application of AI technology. In 2024, the National Bank of Angola partnered with SAP to implement a project to digitally transform its operations. The project replaced the bank’s legacy system and introduced new capabilities, reflecting the role SAP’s innovations can play in Angola’s business climate.

Meanwhile, EasyPeople is also committed to developing innovative solutions in Angola. The company offers a diverse range of services that support clients as they scale-up their operations, with technology representing the backbone of these solutions. The company offers support in the infrastructure sector, in systems integration and technological solutions. Vladmir Fortes, Head of Cybersecurity, Easy People, has joined AOG 2025 to discuss these solutions.

As a major supplier of construction, machining, scaffolding, quality control and offshore services, Algoa Cabinda Fabrication Services has positioned itself as a strong partner for upstream operators in Angola. Recent contracts reflect the company’s footprint in the market. In 2025, the company completed the construction of the South N’dola wellhead platform for Cabinda Gulf Oil Company at Block 0. Algoa Cabinda Fabrication Services also supported the development of the Lifua-A project at Block 0. Helena Capaxe, Human Resources Manager at Algoa Cabinda Fabrication Services, is speaking at AOG 2025.
