While Angola’s prolific offshore blocks hold vast gas potential, much of this resource remains tied to reinjection, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), or trapped by high development costs and limited evacuation infrastructure. This panel brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and financiers to interrogate the commercial and infrastructural barriers standing between Angola's gas reserves and their full economic value, and what the practical considerations should be for a scenario in which Angola's gas reserves can serve both export markets and domestic growth.
